Thank you for supporting our small business. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized products are created specifically according to the information, selections, names, colors, designs, sizes, or other details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization information before submitting an order. We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, or customization choices submitted or approved by the customer.

Handmade & Custom Variations

Because many of our products are handmade, customized, or individually created, slight variations in color, placement, size, appearance, or finish may occur. These variations are normal and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen or device settings.

Processing & Shipping

Custom items require additional production and processing time. Any processing or delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations. We are not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because incorrect information was provided.

Custom Order Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are final sale once production has begun, except where a return, refund, replacement, or cancellation is required by applicable law.

Please contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order you placed so that we can review the situation.

Customer-Provided Images & Designs

By submitting photographs, names, logos, artwork, graphics, text, or other materials for customization, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials for the requested product.

The customer is responsible for claims arising from materials they provide when those materials infringe another person's intellectual property or other legal rights.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for following any care, cleaning, safety, or use instructions provided with their products. Products should only be used for their intended purpose.

Small Business Notice

We are an independently operated small business. Product availability, processing times, and customization options may vary depending on inventory and order volume.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate customization requests. If we cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, any amount owed as a refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our payment provider's procedures.

Agreement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, customization information, processing expectations, shipping information, and applicable store policies.

Nothing in this notice is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
