Shipping Policy

Custom and personalized items are made especially for you and require additional processing time before shipping.

Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for custom items to be completed and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/transit time.

Shipping: Once your custom item has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected for your order. You will receive tracking information once your package is on its way.

Please Note: Estimated completion and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to product availability, order volume, or circumstances outside of our control.

Custom Orders: Because custom items are created specifically for you, all custom-item sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once production has started.

Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.
